Yes...I did notice that I felt more cream crackered today than after the 20mins a couple of days ago. Is it due to the stopping and starting again with the walking in between? I did try and run the first 5mins faster but paid for it with the final 5mins.

I did it yesterday. Just peeked at W6R2 and it looks pretty tough!! Just working on my playlist and hydration, and thinking shall I go tomorrow when it’s sunny or wait an extra rest day but then it’ll be rainy !
