Hello, well i'm not saying that I am totally transformed, I'm still wobbly in places and weigh 11 and a half stone at 5.5. However something is starting to happen, my body is changing in ways that it never has. Week 4.2 and my stomach is flatter and legs more toned, calves bigger and I just look more compact. I'm putting on weight which is fine by me If this continues. When did you notice changes? X

I am not sure I have noticed too many changes. I started at 8.5 stone 5ft 2 and am still the same! However I am now running 10-12 miles so fitness has changed!

I have definately lost inches & the muffin top above my knee support is slowly disappearing haha 😂🤣

I’m sure I never used to have a gap between my thighs when my knees are together!

I actually measured myself 2 weeks ago, and will do again at the end, just to see!

Woohoo! How lovely. What a great motivation. Have your eating habits changed too?

Know exactly what you mean - I sure as heck wasn't a lightweight or in any shape besides advert for the Knackers Yard when I started. :)

Actual weight never really fell all that much for the first few months - but boy did it migrate to all the right places LOL

And, despite being on the IC from November to just four weeks ago - two days ago I swear I caught a tiny glimpse of what might presage the reappearance of my Abs for the first time in thirty or more years! :)

It's a funny old game - this Running lark :)

I lost four or five pounds in weight in the first weeks. It's mostly gone back on but I'm very toned, so I think the weight is muscle. I graduated in early January and my body is getting firmer and mire defined.

Seems to be a shared thing. I started at 13.5 and 5.7 and was losing weight and got down to 12.7 before the programme. Then I started running but in 9 weeks my weight has only dropped to 12.3 but the tea tray belly has gone, I've had to cut two notches in my belts and I've stopped snoring. The weight has gone somewhere but it is no longer around the middle.
