POURING

Ok to today is week 6 run 3. 25 minutes however it is pouring it down and I don't mean it's raining. No it is big fat rain so noisy on the roof.

My question is do I put on my waterproofs and do the 25 minute run (although my feet will get soaked) or do I leave it for today and hope tomorrow is dryer?

Help.

Do it tomorrow! I'm out tomorrow in the sunshine, if you're able to be a tad flexible with your days then you can shift your run days around a tad to suit you, but usually try and stick to the schedule even if the weather is a tad grotty...😊

Hi I am in week 6 run 2 I am wondering if the jump from run 2 to run 3 is difficult, I am not sure I can do 25 min run without walking

The programme prepares you for each next run. Take a positive approach and you can do it! Good luck.

You can do it honestly I was the same! It's just your mind telling you it's hard. Your body can do it after all the training so just tell your brain to ahhh x

I've been worrying too - mine's tomorrow. Everyone talks about Week 5 run 3, and then suddenly Week 6 Run 3 has crept up on me and is really testing my mind over matter skills! Well done - even more so for braving the filthy weather!
