Week 4, run 1....Wow guys, I did it!!! I really didn't think I would, but I was quite surprised when i got to 4 minutes and she said, keep going, just 60 seconds!! Good job it was dark, cos the grin on my face was probably a picture. Lol. Thanks for your support guys, I'm the worlds worst for doubting my ability!! I reckon I'll nail this though, yaaaay!!!!

This programme is the bees knees. Trust it! Also,have faith in yourself that if you follow the programme nice and steady you will arrive at the graduation podium in one piece. What a glorious day that will be!

Steady as you go, and have fun out there. It’s a great thing you’re doing. Enjoy it 😃👍🏃‍♀️

Thanks misswobble!! I'm actually starting to enjoy it, and I'm not in too much pain today either!! Tops of legs are a bit achy, but nothing major. X

Thanks Elfe5, it's going to be slowly, slowly, I don't want to undo the good I'm doing by getting too overzealous!!! After all its only about 17 weeks since I had my operation!! X
