Week 3 (so far) seems to be my sweet spot. The conditions were good tonight, cold but crisp and able to run comfortably for the duration and even felt like going a bit further but reigned myself back. I’m sure week 4 will bring a new challenge but for now bring on run 3.

I think week 3 and 4 are my favourites of the program. I like to bring them out every once in awhile, I love the mix of running and walking in them.

I did my first run of week 3 yesterday, I felt good at the end of the last 3 minutes run, like yourself had to be disciplined and not do more
