Advice needed please. I am up to week 6 and despite thinking each week that i wouldnt manage, i have, even the 20 mins of wk5 day3. I did first run of week 6 with a bit of a cold and really struggled even though it was less than previous. Do i continue or wait until i get rid of this cold?
Thanks in advance

The general rule is with colds if the problem is all above the neck - i.e. runny nose sore throat etc, then running can't do you any harm. If you have any hint of bronchial troubles, then don’t - wait until that has gone.
You’ll find your timings etc aren’t so good if you go out, but slow running is good running. But only you know how poorly you feel and whether you usually suffer from complications when getting a cold.
Either way I hope you get to have a nice non suffering run soon
I usually wait out a cold (as I am currently doing) because my nose gets so congested I can't breathe. I'd rather take the time to rest it out than feel worse after. A few days of rest won't hurt your running performance when you return.
