New park run venue

I'm lucky enough to have a choice of Park runs so tried a new course with a couple of friends, venue no 3! Great place and more of a cross country course which will also be where my 10k charity run will be in 2 weeks. Great fun with friends 🏃‍♀️🏃‍♀️🏃‍♀️

We weren't quick, 36 mins, but had a brilliant time and will definitely do this one again 😊

We did Catton Park as this is where I'm doing my Charity run and I wanted to try the course. Also 5 mins from one of my friends. Lovely course but still like Blickling best.

I don't normally run with anyone so this was a lovely change.

I felt very grown up encouraging my friend who has never done one before, mind you I am old enough to be both their Mums 😂
