WK4 R3 done... looking forward to wk5!

First morning run for me but I was determined to get wk4 done today and early morning was the best time. Still in Scotland, home tomorrow. Was extremely windy but exhilarating. My pace was slower but that could be the wind or the early morning. Either way onwards to week 5! ๐Ÿ‘๐Ÿ˜
