Dear All,

I haven't posted here for months (year!) - I completed the whole couch to 5K programme about 18 months ago, was then running 2/3 times a week 5K each time then completely lost my running bug.

Decided to start the whole programme again, and just completed my second run W1R1- it feels great!

Sorry this is a bit of a pointless post but trying shamelessly to be encouraged!!

happy running!

Sylvie

Good job at getting back at it again!

It's hard to keep at something or start something again after experiencing a set back, but maybe you will experience something new this time around. You are not the same person as you were the last time you ran the program and that might make it a new experience.

I've actually already planned to do the program again after finishing and see if it feels different.

Keep us posted on the differences you experience, I for one, am interested in hearing it.

Happy running!

Well done! I’m scared of losing motivation after Saturday when I graduate so I signed myself up to the local charity 5k for July, signed up for ju-ju-‘s bridge to 10k plan and will sign up for the local 10k run for September too. Hopefully this will keep me going.
