Guys. I did it. But....I did it outside. So much easier. But very strange at the start. Anyone else doing the plan on a treadmill? How about the next run tho?.....

I’m only on week 3 run 1 tomorrow, I’ve been doing all mine outside did my first night one last night and loved it. I’ve been thinking about having a go on the treadmill but not sure about speeds to go etc, any tips from what you have been doing? Thanks 🏃🏼‍♀️

Yes I really enjoyed running in the dark. Was quite busy out which was a challenge but really loved it!! I have noticed my speeds going up over the weeks naturally but it's so important to go at what speed you feel comfortable I guess. I did notice tonight that in doors my strides are much shorter if that makes sense? Maybe because the treadmill is not huge? I run around 4.5 mph. That might be really slow to some but it's comfortable to me. After all it's a light jog 😀 Let me know how you get on and good luck 😉

Yes! I love my treadmill! I like being able to watch a TV show while I run, you see.

Yes I like the convenience too. I have two young kids so it's perfect for that

I do a mixture...once a week outside (do parkrun)and then twice a week I use a treadmill. I think with the treadmill I initially found my ankles hurt but now I think more about how I jog on the treadmill.

My first run outside last night was so strange. It was like I was taking baby steps. I dedinetly found it easier. What week are you on?
