Run 3 week 4 done .I still find this really hard ! I do so hope it gets easier. I am still going though , but I can't see myself being able to run continuously for 20 mins by the end of week 5 ? Seems an impossible ask .

Great job.

Impossible is just something we need to work at... nothing is truly impossible! The plan will have your body ready when that run comes... it’s very much a mental challenge. Relax, believe in yourself and run at a conversational pace, there’s no too slow.

Sounds like you may be running slightly too fast, have a read of the guide to the plan for pacing tips and information on lots of other topics. healthunlocked.com/couchto5...

You can do this... the impossible becomes merely a challenge over time... and we can beat challenges, as indeed you’re already proving.

Edited this as the app glitched and I thought you were brand new to us for a minute.

I don't give up easily , so I will just keep telling myself , you can do this !

What's really weird....when you do the 20 mins...which you will because you've trained for it...in WK 6 you will be moaning about running the stop starts again...honestly...keep just following the programme. Well done you!⭐

Slow is the key .. slower the better especially during that week 5 run. You WILL do it as honestly the programme does work but it’s not a race and the slower you pace yourself the more enjoyable it’ll be for you.. good luck ☺️
