It was more Mrs Overall, than Mrs Smash it but I completed the run. I kept running up all the hills in the land, which was a drag and going super slow as my hip has been hurting. Not much hip pain whilst running or today and lots of stretches after whish is good xx

Mrs Overall is my fave lady she shows up on my runs when it's time for me to finish! Well done on getting it done, Mrs Smash is always a little reticent to turn up when you need her
Look after your hip. I’d been stuck on the I.C. for most of January with a painful hip, and am just gradually building back up again. Unfortunately today my hip has protested again .
Look after yourself.

Go you...but listen to that hip... if it is still painful get it checked out.
Really warm up well, stretch after the run and maybe try these out;

You don’t have to run all then hills. Pace yourself this is not about killing yourself or going for the burn. Gently does it 😃👍🏃♀️
