After an enforced period of about 5 weeks without running (trochanteric bursitis) sounds glam feels horrid... I’m back was at the end of week 7 and have started back at week 3, 2 runs done without incident still have a surprising amount of stamina and feels good, think slow and steady is best although I feel as if I could go back to week 5 or 6, any guidance? Mentally so much better for running.
