If we w4r1 today. Last night I dreading it. Firstly, time of month and I usually feel so tired and sleep like a log and really feel blah and heavy. Secondly, there was forecast for snow. I have been consistent since I started, have run every second day. I am not self motivated and once I am out of the zone I feared not getting back into it, drip worried that if it did snow I wouldn't be able to go out. Well, I dragged myself of its bed 🛏, literally, no snow and headed out at 6am, in - 1°and competed week 4.Yay me. I did have to take my inhaler as the cold area triggers my asthma, but I did and felt pretty good. So pleased 😌. Bring on week 5. am i half yet?

Yay, well done you. Lots of reasons why you shouldn’t have bothered to get out there... but you did it 👏👏👏

Well done FfTb, very brave choice to run so early , grand job!

The second run of week 5 is midpoint, so thereafter you are closer to the end than the beginning 😀👍🏼🏃🏻‍♀️

BRAVO! I've found out that exercising (some light cardio fitness exercises or swimming or running) during those days gives me an energy boost whereas if I stay in, I just fall asleep. So,well done for plucking your courage to get out in the first place and enjoy the feeling of after run glow. Enjoy the next runs too!

Well done! It's one of those things where, you don't want to run because of cramps, bloating, headaches, fatigue etc... but actually running will help almost all of those things. Did you feel better for it after?

Anyway, top marks for effort, and attainment!

That’s great, well done! It’s hard getting out in the cold isn’t it? I find I over dress and then get boiling hot!!

This is how I know this running thing is for me- I started 3 weeks before Christmas, and every single time I’ve planned to run, I have done! Totally committed and motivated, so it must be the right thing to be doing! Which is weird when I have never done any exercise previously in my 41 years!!

That's sounds just like me. Never stuck to anything like this before. Not sure what has made the difference.
