I haven’t posted for a while but after graduating on Jan 1st, I am still going!
I haven’t ran as much as I wanted to and after not running for 9 days due to working crazy shifts on my current A&E placement I found it difficult to get back into, even after such a short break.
But I’ve been out this morning for a short 2.5 miles and will continue to keep going 😊
Hope everyone is doing well 🏃🏼♀️

Good to hear from you and that you are still enjoying your running. A& E shifts can be so unfriendly to other parts of life so well done for managing to do some running around that. 😀
Short runs are a good way back in it. Good for you for keeping at it with such a busy career.
That’s a healthy 4k. Cant complain at that. the running will soon pick up again. Every time Ive been stopped by illness or weather, it has felt impossible to resume, but it always happens really easily once I get to it.
