Still going strong after 2YRS 😊

Hello friends old and new. It's been a long while since I wrote a blog on here but I have been following you all these past 2 yrs. 2YRS ! I can't believe it's been that long since I started running. Myself and Aliboo have just had another running anniversary, the difference is she has gone on to big running and I'm proud of her and Ju-Ju well nothing short of marvellous with her efforts. I'm still fitting in the running around my new job. But most days I'm walking loads of miles with the new job anything from 3.5 to 12.3 miles so my running has to be adjusted around that these days. I do always try at least 5K thou 3 times a week. For new starters out there when the going gets tough work through it and the rewards are fantastic. But always make sure you have a good set of running shoes that's the key in my book. So friends old you are all still an inspiration to me and to new friends you will do things that inspire me. That's what keeps us all running in the end. Till next time happy and safe running Jase 😊

  • This programme has changed so many people's lives. And all for the better! It is a dream to be able to go out and knock off 5k - just like that! Yet those who persist after graduation get to live this dream. Thanks for your inspiration, you've shown there is another route other than long distance running. A route that is equally rewarding😎

  • It sure is rewarding and nothing better than getting home from work feeling down. Going for a run switching off and then coming home refreshed. Keep it up πŸ˜‰
