I’m nearly 55 and I wanted to give this a go because I realised that I could not run for 1 minute without feeling nauseous! Last night I ran 3 mins/5 mins/3 mins/5 mins without too much trouble. Stick to the schedule, it really is the closest thing to magic I’ve seen! Don’t be tempted to do more just because you feel good and always go dead slow. This forum is full of amazing people too. They will give you really good advice and are always supportive whatever stage you’re at. You can do it!!!! 😊

Hello! I'm 45, mum of 3 (26,22,21) & need to lose 3 stone so you're ahead on the plan! Well done on weight loss, the c25k is great for fitness. Take it slow & you can do it!

Good for you 😃👍. This is great then. No hurry, no need to bust a gut. Just slow and careful

I started it at nearly 57, having lost quite a lot of weight. I lost another stone since and have kept it off over 7 years. It's not brilliant for toning, except for the shoulder area and tummy. To tone up i do exercise dvds st home and yoga. Hopefully gym for me soon 🤞

There is a squat challenge on here at the moment, directed by our own fitness guru Rig. He explains all so follow the link 💪👍🙂
