Good stuff! Keep on going (and you may have to re-evaluate your description of yourself as a "non-runner" pretty soon). :)

Love your name- brilliant way to start, joining this forum. Are you using the app? Have you got Laura as your coach? I think she’s just relaunched- saw her on the national news this morning.

Hiya, yes the app is excellent, though I keep looking at later weeks and thinking how will I do that??!! I have Michael - a man of few words! I'll finish week one wirh him then try week 2 with Laura. What stage are you at?

I graduated in July 2017 and reached 5k quite sometime after then and still rarely run 5k. And v slowly. 3-4 k is still more comfortable- also not fast. But having started a year ago from not running at all, I am quite pleased. General fitness has definitely improved and importantly the habit has stuck. I will have been on the scheme/this forum for a year next month. Am anticipating that a slow jog every few days for 30-40 mins will provide my basic cardio and joint fitness for many years to come.

. Keep checking in!!!
