I just got back from my first run in week 3 and it went really well. I think the trick for me is that I don’t look ahead to see how long the running and walking time will be. I just go out with my earbuds in and assume I can do whatever is being asked because I know the program builds gradually and I’m likely to be able for whatever is being asked. That’s my advice, just trust and believe that you can do it.
