Still a little ways away...starting week 7 tomorrow.

Glad I've been of some help :) This forum is really amazing...so many success stories of graduates to inspire you!

Yes. Sparky great attitude :)

You will be able to do it, Laura will be with you..just start very slowly...

Good luck. :)

If you have the podcasts instead of the app, you get music playing in between Laura's coaching....

Unless you are clever and have your own music with the app of course. x

I have the app and my own music.. although not because I'm clever..lol just what I knew about at the begining of this journey :) I think by what others on here say.. laura gives more encouragement, interacts a bit more on the podcasts.. so I actually feel I'm missing out a bit.. not to worry..still plodding through.. and loving it :) (well most of the time) x

Go Sparky!

You'll love R3 and, after you completed it, you'll feel amazing. I believe that is the most enjoyable run in the entire programme, even better than the graduation run.

Keep the positive attitude and make yourself proud!

Oooh, love your positivity!! With that attitude you'll have no problems completing the 20minuter. Just take it easy, it's a big step but you can do it :-)
