Wk6R1 - brrrrrr!

Not my usual time to run - after work - and it is cold out there. Didn’t unzip anything! Enjoyed the variety of run 1 this week and felt good by the 3rd run when I had actually warmed up. My sense of time goes completely haywire when I’m running - Micheal surprised me with his 4 mins left and I did try to tread lightly as he suggested to spare my back and all feels good. Stats 5.01k/38mins. 🏃‍♀️

Very, very well done... it was cold out there today.. I really envied, small runner in training, snugged up in her buggy, whilst I was pushing:)
