Hello!! So I’m a newbie here, I’ve just completed W1R1. I’d been out for a brisk walk yesterday before discovering this app! So.. home and showered now and actually proud of myself. I don’t think have ever run for 8 minutes in my whole adult life lol. I nearly collapsed in a heap at run 5 but I carried on and actually feeling positive!! So tips for weight loss?! Slow and steady wins the race? Zx
