I’m actually looking forward to it. (I am NOT a runner; I have asthma and big boobs!) but I’m keen to get my trainers on and seeing how I feel. I’m thinking an early morning run might be a good challenge.

A random question, what does everyone listen to when running - audio books, podcasts or music?

Sometimes a podcast and sometimes radio 1 - a good distraction either way 👍

You are a runner! You are doing C25K therefore you are running therefore you are a runner :) And I have asthma and big boobs as well - doesn't stop me :D

I am a big fan of audio books and podcasts, but would probably save them for after you have completed the programme. At this stage you need to be concentrating more or the intervals rather than zoning out.

I listen to the lovely Laura on the podcast

Having asthma and big boobs doesn't man you cant be a runner - you just need an inhaler and a shock absorber bra 🏃🏼‍♀️🏃🏼‍♀️🏃🏼‍♀️
