Everything in your life can affect your running and your running can impact on just about every aspect of your life.

Eat and sleep well and you will run better, feel better and be fitter.

It is win, win, so ditch the old habits.

Ditching the old habits, something I am still struggling with. However I know if I can live healthy my running will improve further. 🤞

I didn't say it was easy, Chris. I hoped that running would make me sleep better, as it does for many, but even after a tough ten miles I still lie awake for hours, so I am very aware of the difference that a slightly better night's sleep can have on a run.

Running doesn't help me sleep better either but at least as I'm lying awake I can plan out new routes in my head!

I do make lots more healthy choices around food now though.

Eat crap, feel crap! That’s how it goes. We are what we eat. Unfortunately 😁

As you get fitter, by using the programme - and hopefully getting more sleep cos we’re more tired - we gravitate towards healthier choices as we want to keep feeling better

Keep going. You won’t regret it 😃👍
