Time to step up a bit I no I a bit slow but people have said it not how quick you go it’s getting there and that I have I going to try get to 10 k but must take it easy with the ankle

That's a brusque reply, Mandy. A badge is a fine way to recognise your success with this program. Having never run in my life, I was pleased to get mine before I hit 60. I'm doing the program again after a running break, and I'll just be as happy to get recognised second time around.

I not bothered with a badge I had to do c25k twice had a accident with my ankle I now running 6k hope to get to10 k
