WooooooooooHoo! Crying with happiness! I’m morbidly obese and despite walking 6 miles a day, I NEVER imagined I could enjoy running. Invested in a sports bra today and did my first run (slow jog) at night, on urban streets. No where near as enjoyable as being in open space with grass and trees but I’m chuffed. Being seen by people and safety (never felt self with headphones in this neighbourhood), were just some of my previous excuses. So altogether, absolutely chuffed!

Nice one, you should indeed be chuffed. You've come so far, so I'm predicting ecstasy when you've done W5R3! :)

You’re absolutely right! I fact, ecstasy is an understatement!!!! I’m so happy and surprised to have done W5R3.

Well done! Getting over the gremlins in your head and getting out of the door is an achievement in itself. The run is a bonus.
