I must be getting fitter because this run was easy! With 2 days break, the back of my ankle was sore, but it turned into nothing much. I’ve discovered I’m a runner rather than a jogger - I feel like I want to go really really really fast - but, I’m reigning myself in 🤣. I actually can’t believe how good i feel 😀.

Can’t beat an easy run... they’re magical. Keep reigning that speed in, you can use it later. Great job so far.

Oooooh it's so lovely when you get an easy run. Remember you're running slowly at the moment to build up muscle and bone strength. Plenty of time for speed later.
