Well I'm chuffed at completing the first run of week 2. What's more is that I didn't find it half has hard as i thought it was going to be and already I can see an improvement! It has really given me a boost! Here's to hoping the rest of the training goes this smoothly!

Am going to be starting run 1 on Monday. Cant do mine at the weekend or the family will know what im doing and still want to surprise them 😃
Well done! Am on week 2 and did my 3rd run yesterday. Looking forward to my first run on Week 3.

Just take each run slowly, and steadily..the weeks follow on and you will be fine
