Week 2 Run 1 - very pleased

Well I'm chuffed at completing the first run of week 2. What's more is that I didn't find it half has hard as i thought it was going to be and already I can see an improvement! It has really given me a boost! Here's to hoping the rest of the training goes this smoothly!

Am going to be starting run 1 on Monday. Cant do mine at the weekend or the family will know what im doing and still want to surprise them 😃

i'd never be able to hide it, my husband would wonder why i've walked through the door looking like a tomato, it takes hours to subside lol

Im lucky i can do it whilst kids at school and my husband at work.

Its what keepd me going when it gets tough. I want to see their faces when i join them lol 😌

Well done! Am on week 2 and did my 3rd run yesterday. Looking forward to my first run on Week 3.

I’ve got neighbours asking my father-in-law if I was training for the marathon😂lols

Just take each run slowly, and steadily..the weeks follow on and you will be fine:)
