That sounds like a very good idea π
Foam rolling works for my hip pain and since Iβve been doing Rignolds Squats Challenge it has been a lot lot better
Oh i have one in my cupboard...i will have to give it a go
Squats, those clamshell thingies lying on your side, and running off road all help mine. I have one hip that whinges sometimes though and went to the GP, who checked it thoroughly and gave me the ok to run on it - could be worth going if it keeps niggling as some things get better quicker with total rest and others can be run through.
