Earbuds keep falling out?

Hi All, I have always had a problem with earbuds not staying put (even when not running!) I have tried many pairs, and even different sizes in each ear, but without success. Then I tried these from Amazon

They go on the ear (rather than in) like normal headphones, but have a hook which goes round the ear and connects to the other side with a springy band. I have worn them for over 40km of running now, and I find them comfortable, and they stay in place. The sound quality is good, as is the battery life (they are Bluetooth), and they come with a nice case to carry them in and a spare pair of covers.

As a final bonus, they keep the ears warm too, so what's not to like !!
