Morning everyone! So… it was raining heavily this morning and obviously being the weekend, I was not too keen to go for this run W7/R3 but I dragged my reluctant self out with my daughter and actually had the best run! We said ‘let’s just give it a go and come back if it’s horrible’ I am discovering that you just never know how each run is going to make you feel unless you get out there and give it a go. Personally, I thoroughly recommended rain to anyone who would be put off and roll over back to sleep! It was honestly the best feeling. Have a Great weekend ☺️

I absolutely love a rainy run. There’s nothing like it for making you feel like a superhero for being out. It’s even better if you meet another runner when you’re out and you give each other the knowing nod of “we are both heroes”!!!
Great run!

I love running in the rain too- very refreshing and means we have an excuse to splash though puddles!Happy running 🌂

I love eunning in the rain too, its so exhilarating 😀

Looking at the forecast for next week 🌧️ and thinking will I, won’t I, your post was perfect timing. Thank you
I've always declared myself a fairweather runner and won't set off if it's bucketing down outside. However a few weeks ago I got caught in pelting rain about halfway through and ... well, now, I don't think I have an excuse. I still prefer good weather (and actually don't mind running when it's hot) but I know I can run when it's tipping it down.
