Well it was a strange one tonight. Felt the least motivated of all the 6 runs so far.
Forced myself out - but once up and running found a rhythm and felt the most comfortable I have done since starting! So much so that I was clock watching my 2 min walk ready for the next 90s run!
I can feel the progress on the physical side but suspect I need to keep focus on the mental side going forward as well.
Two days rest now - and the W3 R1 on Monday.
Good luck to everyone over the weekend.

I've just done my W2R3, and felt exactly the same! Mentally getting out that door was the toughest so far, but the run felt the best - and I seem to recover quicker in the walks!
Well done it sounds like you're making great progress. I did w2r3 yesterday too. The first stint of running felt clumsy but by the second stint I managed to relax and it got easier.
Must admit I'm a little anxious about w3. I'm doing R1 tomorrow hope fully but I've got the cold so need to see how I feel.
The programme will help you with that. All the little hints and tips along the way and your own little running coach spurring you on. I remember feeling like you on several occasions but I kept going and graduated at New Year. Now I’m a Parkrunner and proud. You’ve got this. Enjoy every milestone 👍🏃♀️🏃♀️
