Week 1 complete, now for week 2!

Hi guys - hoping joining a community will keep me going as I have really found other HU communities very supportive.

Found run 3 a bit tricky at the start, oddly - I thought it would be easier? But it is quite cold in the UK at the moment so maybe it was a touch colder and took my breath away!

Looking forward to run #4 and have a great playlist on Amazon Music called 50 Great Feel-Good Classics. It's been such a big help!

You’ve made a great start. If you got through week 1, you’re ready for week 2 - just keep it steady and don’t try to run too quickly. And have fun! :)
