That’s week 2 all wrapped up - the 90 seconds seem long and the two minutes between them so short. But stuck with it and did it. And after the five minute warm down walk I rather surprisingly felt that I still had another one or two 90 second runs still in the tank even though I didn’t do any more so possibly a bit of stamina might be developing already which is a really great feeling. Going to take a couple of days rest now till the W3 R1 on Saturday.

Hey me too. Just collapsed on the sofa to recover. It was very cold and windy out there today but I did it and did okay. I am anxious about week 3. Can I run for 3 mind. Well I will do my best, that will be on Friday. Any words of advice encouragement anything will be gratefully received
I don’t start week three till Saturday so you can tell me what it’s like in week three but I only have one pace which is slow and steady so will be sticking with that for sure. Congratulations on completing week two it’s worth the effort isn’t it.
