Think of it this way - every Graduate here started C25K because we "couldn't run" :)

You will make it also if you do what we did - follow the schedule, go slow and steady and make full use of all the informational resources here.

Wishing you many happy miles in your future ☺

Read the beginner posts of the Graduates -most of us are still astonished at times that we can run! ☺

Make sure you are going slowly, and then slow down is the golden advice. Trust in the programme, and yourself, you can do this. Check out the topics on the right hand side of the screen, there's each week's posts listed there. Pick a week any week and you will see posts similar to yours and then a bit later posts from the same people saying "I did it".

You will do it if you believe in yourself and keep on keeping on. I would say good luck but you don't need it you have the programme which is much better!

I just posted something very similar. Glad I'm not alone. Lets hope we both have an easier w2r3 - best wishes

Hi Jiffy, you are speaking for thousands of us if time was squelched together in some mad Dr Who way! - and thousands of us have discovered that it is possible and it gets easier. The program works brilliantly & it will for you too.

Go really slow- like running at walking pace slow - and you will be fine. Try to be gentle and relaxed as you go along- I find that it really helps me to relax my shoulders - somehow the rest of me follows!

Keep posting how are you are doing and we will cheer you on! 😀

Keep it up Jiffy. Try not to worry about what around the corner.

W2 R2 for me tomorrow and I am trying not to look any further than that.

Well done for your achievement so far and enjoy the next one when you complete Week 2

Well done. It does get easier, but possibly not until you graduate and stop pushing the boundaries each week.

Go slow. Read the guide to the plan healthunlocked.com/couchto5... it may help.
