My third post graduation run

This was also the first time I headed off without Jo. It seemed odd not having her talking to me every 5 minutes, but the quiet voice of Map my Run counting the km instead. They seem to take forever to come around!

Anyway, I pushed on past 5k and kept going until I’d almost run home. I then had to do my warm down by walking around the block. I’m quite happy with my progress, but it was hard work today.
