A tiny bit of washing up liquid on each lens and rub it in with your fingers finishing off with a very light buff with lint free cloth. That’s what I do on my glasses and helmet visor.
Hope this helps Chris 😊

Saliva does the same as washing up liquid...

I couldn’t cope with my steamed-up, rain-patterned, mud-splattered glasses anymore so I now have daily disposable contact lenses, which I only wear for running. It’s made it much more pleasant, especially during these wet winter months.

I've only just -reluctantly-started wearing glasses as I was struggling to operate my Garmin/ music player. Yes, I'm afraid I use spit and polish, mainly because that is what I've done for ages with my swimming goggles.

hmmm no tips (mine don't get *that* steamed up) but it's been 6 months and I've not tried the hydrophobic spray that people have mentioned for rain etc - perhaps that's an idea?

I use anti fog on the inside of my motorbike helmet visor, I assume it'd work equally well for specs.

I get exactly the same issue. Spend a few times wiping them during the run. Useful tips appreciated 😀
