Just started week 2 and it was a challenge but a good challenge. Participating in parkrun which is 5km and looking forward to acheiving it in 30 minutes as opposed to 47 minutes when I have completed the 9 weeks!

Running 5k in 30 minutes is hard work! Finishing is more important than injuring yourself, chasing the 30 minute target. Slow, gradual increase in distance takes as long as it takes. Don’t be in too big a hurry 🙂

Just jogging at a light pace. I’m always last but do I care nope...I am just happy I finish as it’s a killer but I’m loving it!

I doubt I will ever run a sub 30 5k....Do I care? No. I am running. I am running. I am running 🏃🏾‍♀️
