Don’t think there was a week on the C25K program when I honestly thought I can’t possible run for that amount of time, but the strength gained from proving myself wrong every time gave me the strength to carry on!

Everyone should take strength from making the impossible possible.

Happy weekend my friends ❤️

If you think you cannot do something, you will not be able to.

Keep running, keep smiling.
