Week 4 completed eventually

So the app froze again during the last run and i dont know how long I ran for before stopping to check - felt like a long time. Thinking that if Strava shouts the km at the same time then thats why its stopping so have switched Strava man off. Finished a bit annoyed rather than elated. Anyway onwards to week 5 which looks hard .Looks like weather colder again next week too.

The podcasts are less techy, just being mp3 files, but you can't play your own music. They are also far more character building than the app, simply because you have to listen to some joker's idea of music.

Thanks - I like my own music though - I listen to a Chilled album and it keeps me very slow.
