Thankyou for posting it , it has cheered me up no end . i hope you and Sue are doing okay .

I have been up to my eyes in muck and bullets at work for 3 weeks as my colleague is off , and there is just me . I am battling this cold/flu/virus thingy and havent run for nearly 3 weeks , which is not good news when youve got a Marathon coming up

I just cant get shut of this streaming cold /nose/eyes / banging head thing . I cant breathe through my nose at all , its streaming but its blocked at the same time , how is that even possible ? Oh and to cap it all , I have managed to get either some Vick/Olbas Oil ( not sure which one ) in my eye and cant see out of it properly - Bah !
