Done my second run last night alot more prepared this time manages to up my pace a little more aswell and not getting out of breath as quick lol legs are killing me today though but definitely feeling alot better though 😊

There is no need to up your pace. As a new runner all you have to do is a gentle jog to trigger the body adaptations. Make sure you can hold a clear unfaltering conversation. If not you are going too fast.
