Can't help but notice ...

the number of new runners getting on with the program ... just listen to Oldfloss , ju-ju- , Realfoodieclub and the other mentors and you will complete the program in your stride, whatever length that may be :-) ...

Anyway, not been running for a few weeks now, Achilles is almost back to normal, but I'm leaving it a bit before I start easing into some running.

The excess free time has meant that I have had more time for shopping though, and I recently came across Foam Rollers in ALDI ... £5.49. Not sure if that's good or bad because I've never priced one up, its generally a good price though if you can get it in ALDI. Take a look ....

I have had various achilles issues over the years and these always work. Good to see you here, I was wondering where you were :)

Hey ju-ju- as well the achilles, I'm just recovering from Flu!!! felt like crap for over a week now ... not pleasant at all.

I have some stretching exercises but not seen that one before, can do that one on my stairs, will have a go later ... thanks X

I often try these on the curb after a run.. and promptly fall off lol. I reckon I'd need to stop for about 5mins to recover my balance a bit.

Oh that's a great price. I think I paid £15 for mine. They hurt though don't they!

I'm glad your achilles is nearly better. I bet you can't wait to get back to running.

Wow, I didn't realise they were that expensive, so they are a bargain from ALDI, available in the Green, Pink or Black ... they had loads of other fitness stuff too ... its that time of year.

I feel like a caged beast, can't wait to get me gear on and start pounding the paths again ...
