Well I had to have 6 days off due to the lurgy/a cold but managed to get my W9R2 done today! I slowed right down by about 1.5 mins/km and ran way over 30mins (a long way over) as I felt so good to be back in the running shoes again! Graduation run on Sunday hopefully!
