... and a route that passes a very busy marine-commando training barracks TWICE for 'twas a there and back again run... well, she completes her first 60min run! Must've been the pom-pom that gave some extra momentum! And <ahem> not wanting to collapse in front of all those marines. Oh, hang on, I think I missed a trick there!! 😳😉

Kudos Petrina...running for an hour is a great acheivement...I like there and back for distance runs too.

Never any marines around on my routes though 😆😉xxx

Thank you @jan-now-runs . I now believe that I’ll make it through 20k at end of March... that’s the goal. London awaits!
