Well yesterday i decided to do week 1 run 1 after i finished my work, i wasn't looking forward to doing it as i have got really unfit over last few year but must admit after i done my run i felt great and quite looking forward to doing my next run tomorrow with our husky

Thanks 😊 im determined im going to make it to the end of it lol our husky loves the running he was tired aswell when we got back in, no i havent read the pinned posts yet still getting used to using this lol
