Just completed W1R2 after aching like crazy after R1 during the one day in between!! Not sure what pain, if any, I'll feel tomorrow. Roll on Friday for R3!!

Go gently and slowly- the aches will improve. 😃

Honestly the aches improve as you progress. If you need to take more days in between to recover and do strength and flexibility exercises instead 👏
