Week5r3 smashed!

What a beautiful morning for a run on the clifftop. So pleased with myself that I managed to run for 20 mins and could have done more. Had to repeat run 2 last week as running in against strong winds was too much. Now I know I can run for 5k and I’m sure I’ll get faster.

Leave off the getting faster. You have to be fitter first. Plenty of slow running Builds running legs 💪👍🙂

Well done on the milestone run.

As misswobble says, this plan is about building basic stamina and endurance, which comes from nice easy paced running.

Speed will follow.

Yes you can and yes you will.

Just getting out there regularly will see you make great improvements week-in-week-out.
