So I hate running but I am determined to complete this course as I have never been able to run for 30 minutes in my life! If I get mugged I would have no chance! So I think posting it on here concretes the challenge. Wish me luck and open to any tips! 💪🏻

Hi I've just started week 2. You can do this, my best advice is go slower than you think you should be and ignore the little voice that says you can't do it or says how easy it would be to stay inside! Our brain is so clever. It can persuade us of so much so make it positive! Good luck. Enjoy it x

Welcome! ... so now we all know you've started you've just got to get on with it!
There's lots of support, advice and encouragement to be found on this friendly forum, they're a fantastic bunch.
Probably the most important thing to remember is to keep it slow, slow, slow. It's not a competition so speed and distance don't matter. Try to do exactly as your coach tells you and you'll be fine.
