haha! I just watched the next vid - which is an interview with him - he claimed he didn't realise the video was public :) (and he seems quite sweet)

That's a much better use for a treadmill than running! Think I'd end up in plaster!

Me too. I can just about run on mine without sailing over the sides or off the end!

I know what you mean - I have a cheap one that I've only ever used for fast walking and even then it was iffy. If I ran on it I'd definitely end up in hospital!

Mine is a small foldup one. I can and do run on it, but only when I cant run outside, forinstance when the pavements are deep in snow and ice.
